NasoFree® nasal irrigator is an easy squeeze bottle system that makes rinsing your nasal and paranasal sinus cavities efficient and easy.

Nasal irrigation with a saline solution helps to clear the nose of mucus and may also help to reduce inflammation. It helps the nose to remove small particles such as pollen, bacteria and viruses, which can cause allergy and inflammation.

Nasal irrigation can be used for:

  • Helping relieve nasal symptoms from airway allergies such as those caused by pollen, pet dander or house dust mites
  • Clearing nasal congestion from common cold and other upper respiratory tract infections
  • Acute and chronic sinusitis
  • Recovery after nasal and sinus surgery
  • Snoring as a result of reduced flow in the nasal respiratory system
  • Or just for cleaning the nasal passages from dust and pollution

Scientific studies show that the best result in cleaning the nose and paranasal sinuses is achieved when using a nasal irrigator that rinses with high volume and positive pressure. Together with ENT doctors, NasoFree® has been developed to achieve exactly that. Its special design allows to clean the nasal passages thoroughly, while keeping your head in an upright position. You have complete control of the pressure and volume of the solution.

The NasoFree® bottle is made of medical grade plastic and free from Bisphenol A. It's dishwasher safe and can also be disinfected in the microwave. So it's not only easy to use but also easy to clean!

Always use an isotonic saline solution for nasal irrigation. Isotonic means that the saline solution has at least the same concentration as your body fluids. Plain water will result in a burning sensation. We recommend using special nasal saline.

With your NasoFree® bottle you'll also receive four sachets with Dos Medical nasal saline. With one packet dissolved in 250 ml lukewarm water you have an isotonic concentration. The premixed sachets are specifically designed for the rinsing of the vulnerable and sensitive nasal mucosa. With its mixture of sodium chloride (salt) and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), Dos Medical nasal saline only contains natural ingredients and no preservatives. It is iodine free. All of this makes it more effective and milder than a table salt solution. You can also buy Dos Medical nasal saline with the naturally occurring antibacterial agent xylitol, which is specially designed for people with chronic sinusitis.

  1. Empty one sachet with Dos Medical nasal saline into the bottle.
  2. Fill it with 250 ml lukewarm drinking water and give it a gentle shake.
  3. Bend slightly forward over a sink and position NasoFree® at an angle of approx. 45° in one of your nostrils.
  4. Press the bottle gently and let the saline solution rinse your nose.
  5. Blow your nose and repeat the process in the other nostril.
