Lactamamma is a food supplement and nutritional product that aims to combine the health benefits of fish oil and three different strains of lactic acid bacteria.

The omega-3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the fish oil contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the foetus and breastfed infant when taken by the mother.**

Lactic acid bacteria are present in foods such as yoghurt and cheese and in the human gastrointestinal tract, billions of lactic acid bacteria naturally occur.

**Beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg DHA and EPA.
