To be able to activate your test, we need to know who it belongs to. If you don't already have an account, you'll need to set up one. If you do, just sign in to be redirected to the activation page.

Are you a pharmacist taking part in the PharmaDoctor Test’n’Treat service? Register the patient's test ID via your own e-tool account.
